The Full Dietitian Success Summit 2026 Agenda: Sessions, Speakers, and What to Expect Each Day

By Krista Kolodziejzyk, RD, MBA, Founder of Dietitian Success Center

The Dietitian Success Summit is happening September 28 to 30, 2026 at the Toronto Beach Club in Toronto, Ontario. We are six weeks out, entrepreneur passes are sold out, and there are only nine general passes remaining. This post walks through the full agenda day by day so you know exactly what to expect, whether you are already coming or still deciding.

What the Summit Is Designed to Do

Before getting into the specifics, I want to share the two core objectives that shaped every single decision we made in designing this event.

The first is real, actionable professional development. We have all been to conferences where a lot of information gets thrown at you, and you walk away with a to-do list a mile long that you never actually get to. That is not what the Dietitian Success Summit is. Every session is designed to get you to actually do the work during the event, not just think about doing it later. You will leave with something tangible and concrete, not just inspiration.

The second is genuine connection. A lot of dietitians feel isolated in their work, whether they are the only RD in their workplace, working in a solo practice, or just do not have a community of people who understand what they are navigating. The summit was designed to change that. You will leave having met real people who get it, and who you will actually stay in touch with.

Everything in the agenda exists to serve those two objectives. Let me walk you through it.

Day One: Monday, September 28th — All Pass Holders

The day runs from 8:30 a.m. to 5 p.m. Dress code is business casual. Jeans are absolutely welcome.

Doors open at 8:30 for registration and breakfast. When you walk in, you will be greeted by the DSC team, get your name badge, and receive your swag bag. The swag bag has been designed with the support of our incredible sponsors including Practice Better, the Egg Farmers of Canada, Queen Street Bakery, Manitoba Harvest, All Is Well, Harvest Snaps, Bloom, West Coast Seeds, and more.

The core item in the swag bag is the Dietitian Success Planner. This is a full spiral-bound hard copy planner that serves as your summit guide and your planning tool for the entire year. It has calendar views, wellness trackers, and sections that correspond to each session at the summit so you can take notes and complete activities as you go. It is genuinely worth the price of admission on its own.

Our operations manager Maria will be emceeing the event. For anyone who has corresponded with her over email, it will be a treat to meet her in person.

The opening keynote: In the Arena — Why It’s Time for Dietitians to Be Seen

I am delivering the opening keynote, and it is the session I have put the most of myself into. It is about confidence, visibility, and imposter syndrome. It is about the things that keep dietitians playing small and what it looks like to step out of that. You will leave with permission and a push to stop holding back in whatever area of your life or career you have been holding back in.

The headshot station

Starting after the keynote, our professional photographer will be running a headshot station. Every attendee, regardless of pass level, gets a professional headshot included with their ticket. Plain white backdrop, three-minute slots. You will receive your time slot by email in advance so you can plan your outfit for the right day. This is a $300 plus value included in your ticket.

Speaker session: The Translation Problem — Shawnee Jordan Goldman

This session is about why expertise alone does not create impact. Dietitians are among the most highly educated health professionals in existence. And yet so many of us struggle to communicate our value in a way that makes people actually want to hire us, refer to us, or listen to us. Shani is going to break down the layers of communication and help you identify which layer is your weakest, so you know exactly where to put your attention.

Lunch and beach walk

Lunch is provided and you will have the option to take a walk along Woodbine Beach, which runs right alongside the Toronto Beach Club. Bring comfortable shoes if you want to get outside. It is a natural opportunity to have more casual conversations with the people you have been meeting throughout the morning.

Speaker session: Less Information, More Transformation — Joyce Farage Artura

This session is about behavior change coaching conversations. Whether you work with patients and clients one-on-one, in a public health setting, on a cross-functional team, or with a manager or direct reports, the ability to actually move people toward action is one of the most universally valuable skills a dietitian can have. You will walk away with one concrete shift you can make immediately in your real conversations.

Panel: Dietitians in the Wild — Navigating Nutrition Misinformation on Social Media

This panel brings together a group of dietitians to talk through one of the most common and challenging realities of practicing in 2026: the nutrition misinformation landscape. How do you handle a client who comes in with a TikTok claim? How do you show up as a credentialed professional online without being paralyzed by perfectionism or fear of getting it wrong? What do you say when a friend or family member challenges your expertise? You will walk away with practical strategies for all of it.

Session: Who Are You Becoming? A Better Way to Set Goals and Actually Achieve Them — Krista

This is the goal-setting framework I have spent years developing and refining, the same one I used to leave my nine-to-five job and become a full-time entrepreneur, to complete an Ironman triathlon, and to build the life I actually wanted. I will walk through the full framework and you will do the work right there in the session. This ties directly into how the Dietitian Success Planner is structured.

Social hour: 3:30 to 5 p.m.

The day closes with a cocktail and mocktail hour on the waterfront patio at the Toronto Beach Club. Passed appetizers, drinks, and water views. It is casual and designed for real conversation. All included in your pass. The evening after this you are on your own for dinner and we have included restaurant recommendations in your summit guide.

Day Two: Tuesday, September 29th — All Pass Holders Until 2 p.m., Entrepreneur Pass Continues After

Dress code is business casual. The day opens with breakfast and registration at 8:30.

Session: AI and Dietetic Practice

This session addresses one of the most pressing topics in the profession right now. We are finalizing the speaker details but the topic is locked. You will leave with a practical understanding of what AI actually means for your practice and how to use it intentionally rather than reactively.

Session: The RD Rebrand — Olivia Farrow

Olivia is our content manager at DSC and she is running a session on the professional reputation of the dietetics profession and what it is going to take to shift it. Every dietitian has heard the food police comments, the “big food” associations, the outdated stereotypes. Olivia is going to talk about how we move past those narratives and how every one of us can show up in a way that actually reflects the immense value we bring. You will walk away with a clearer sense of your own personal brand and a concrete plan for how to make it visible.

Lunch

All included.

Session: Findable — Why Your Next Big Opportunity Starts Online — Krista

This session is about your digital presence and why it matters whether or not you are a content creator or a business owner. Opportunities, jobs, collaborations, referrals, and clients are increasingly found through online searches. I will share specific examples from my own career where opportunities came directly from how I had intentionally positioned myself online. You will walk away with a plan for shaping your digital presence in a way that opens doors.

General pass closing and transition

Before 2 p.m., general pass holders will have closing remarks and wrap up their summit experience. Entrepreneur pass holders will transition into the afternoon entrepreneurship sessions.

If you are a general pass holder reading this and feeling FOMO about the entrepreneur content, that is completely understandable. But the general pass is genuinely full and rich and you will walk away with enormous value. There will be a next year.

The Entrepreneur Pass: Day Two Afternoon and Evening

Opening entrepreneurship session — Krista

This is the session that gets everyone in the right headspace for building. We have pre-revenue attendees, people at $50K, people at $100K and beyond. The content is structured to be applicable wherever you are. This is also where the group gets significantly smaller and the energy shifts from conference to mastermind. Forty people instead of the full general group. Intimate, tactical, and real.

Panel: Marketing That Doesn’t Make You Hate Your Business

Four established dietitian entrepreneurs come together for a conversation about what has actually worked in their marketing, what has flopped completely, and what they wish they had started doing sooner. This is the kind of session you will still be thinking about months later.

The Entrepreneurship Dinner at El Catrin, Distillery District

Running from 6:30 to 9:30 p.m. and fully included in your entrepreneur pass. El Catrin is a stunning restaurant in one of Toronto’s most beautiful neighborhoods. The DSC team will be in sundresses and likely, heels. There is time between the end of the afternoon session and dinner to go back to your hotel and refresh if desired. This dinner is designed to facilitate the kind of real, unfiltered business conversations that only happen when a small group of like-minded people are together in a room with great food and no agenda.

Day Three: Wednesday, September 30th — Entrepreneur Pass Only

Runs from 8:30 a.m. to approximately 2 p.m. Dress code is athleisure or cozy casual. The DSC team will be in sweatpants and sneakers. This is intentional. Day three is a working day, and we want you to be comfortable.

The full day is dedicated to your business. Through a series of deep work sessions you will map out your 12-month revenue goal, your offer strategy, your marketing plan, and your full 12-month calendar. You will do this work in your Dietitian Success Planner. You will also be grouped into small mastermind groups with other dietitians at a similar business stage, so the conversations and feedback you get are actually relevant to where you are.

You will leave day three with a real plan. Not inspiration and a list of things to think about. An actual written plan that you can start executing immediately.

Practical Details

Food and snacks are covered for every day of the summit. Breakfast, morning snack, lunch, afternoon snack, and the day one cocktail hour. The entrepreneurship dinner on day two evening is also included.

Toronto is a big city. Factor in traffic if you are driving. Free parking is available on site at the Toronto Beach Club. Public transit is also accessible. Arrive on time.

Check your email for the full summit guide which contains the complete schedule, restaurant recommendations, logistics details, and everything else you need to prepare.

Join the summit community forum. There is a dedicated space in the DSC community for summit attendees to introduce themselves, ask questions, and connect with other dietitians before the event. If you have not introduced yourself yet, do it now.
